The Challenge 

Digital Explorers sought to gain a deep understanding of the fintech ecosystems in both Lithuania and Nigeria. 

The primary goal was to derive actionable insights that could inform regulatory decisions and policies in Nigeria. Additionally, the client aimed to present the findings at an industry event involving key stakeholders.

Our Approach

We conducted extensive research, analysed available resources, and engaged with industry experts to uncover insights and challenges within the fintech ecosystems of Lithuania and Nigeria. We devised a three-phased work plan that itemised these challenges to create a policy document for the Ventures Platform.

We conducted interviews with experts in Nigeria’s fintech ecosystem, to formulate actionable recommendations that were integrated into the final policy document, providing a roadmap for addressing the identified challenges.

The Outcome

The Ventures Platform Foundation utilised the insights and comprehensive report produced by TechCabal Insights to refine its strategic approach and outcomes for existing and future interventions.  As a result of our research, the Ventures Platform Foundation facilitated stakeholder engagement among key players in Nigeria and Lithuania.
